Abstract
Abstract: Fluorocarbon surfactants can change the structure of coal and improve the wettability of coal, which plays an important role in the field of coal dust prevention and control.Based on the contact angle test, the reagent was optimized. An automatic surface tensiometer (Kruss, K100) was used to analyze the changes of surface tension of the mixed solution before and after fluorocarbon surfactant treatment.Based on the infrared spectrum (FTIR) test and Peakfit peak fitting, the changes of parameters such as hydrophobic and hydrophilic functional groups of coal were quantitatively analyzed. The results show that with the addition of fluorocarbon surfactant, the structure and wetting characteristics of coal body have obvious changes.Under these conditions, the surface tension of APG+ sophorolipid +FS-31 solution with 0.1% concentration is as low as 18.04mN/m, and the minimum settling time can be reduced to 74 seconds. With the addition of fluorocarbon surfactant, hydrophilic functional groups increased, and the solution of MES+ sophorolipid +FS-31 was 25.92% more than that of raw coal. The weight of coal samples collected after crushing under the same conditions is more, and coal dust particles are more likely to aggregate into large particles, thus promoting settlement. Therefore, the addition of fluorocarbon surfactant makes the wetting effect better than the traditional surfactant compound, which has important reference significance for improving coal dust wetting.
