Abstract
系统认识国土空间韧性,化解不确定风险影响,引领领空稳定发展,具有重要的现实意义。研究方法包括综合评价法、标准显性比较优势指数和探索性空间分析。结果表明:1)时空演化特征揭示出江苏省快速城市化区国土空间韧性呈现先减弱后增强的特征,内部子系统的天然支撑、功能阻力和流动转化具有迭代和渐进特征;2)基于多维属性组合类型和功能抗性的比较优势特征,国土空间韧性静态属性趋势显示江苏省县域具有明显的城市功能发展趋势,占比57.9%;3)动态时空过渡特征表明,江苏省空间依存性增长和国土空间韧性减弱的演化趋势具有以长江绿色开发带为边界的分化格局特征;4)以“分区-时间序列”为逻辑起点,以竞争优势为基本原则,形成12个分区类型、2个时序序列阶段(高级阶段和滞后阶段)的国土空间韧性优化路径。综上所述,本研究结果与2035年江苏省土地空间开发利用与保护总体格局相似,可为快速城市化地区空间韧性治理路径提供参考。
