摘要
The safety and stability of roadway are the fundamental guarantee for safe, green, high-yield and efficient production in coal mines, and the surface support of roadway surrounding rock is crucial to the stability and effectiveness of the entire roadway support system. However, most coal mines currently use traditional shotcrete technology for surface support, which has disadvantages such as poor toughness, easy detachment and cracking, high transportation and labor costs, environmental pollution, and high rebound capacity; Only a few mines have adopted the new green and ductile thin spray-on technology, but its support mechanism and application effect are not yet clear, and it is still in the engineering experience stage. This article adopts both theoretical and numerical simulation methods to study the new technology. The results show that ductile thin spray materials are more conducive to improving the stress environment of the surface rock layers of the roadway surrounding rock, enhancing the bearing capacity of the roadway surrounding rock, suppressing the displacement and sliding of loose rock blocks between anchor rods, optimizing the stress state of the entire support system, and greatly ensuring the stability of the roadway support system.
